Built at Timmernabben in Småland in 1921 by S. Ohlssons, with Manfred Löfström as her first skipper.

In 1933 she was re-rigged as a gaff ketch and, as a galeas under skipper Roy Löfström, worked the Baltic trade routes to Denmark and Germany. Her rig was cut down further in 1959 and she was given a stronger engine.

On 3 August 1964 she collided with the ferry Kalmarsund. Repaired, she went into the fishery and was registered at Stockholm. From 1972 she was owned by Per Olof Johnson and Anders Mannerheim.

In 1999 she lay nearly sunk in Stockholm, where Alf Hällblad, owner of the Hvitfeldt, found her and had her taken to Timmernabben. Since July 2001 she has been laid up ashore at Mönsterås, where a full restoration has begun.
