Built in 1930 at Karstensen & Henriksen in Skagen, she fished the Baltic and North Seas until 1972.
She then served as a private vessel — under a German owner until 2004 and an Australian until 2007 — and was extensively overhauled around 2000. In 2008 Mogens Hoirup bought her, returned her to the Danish flag and offered her as a school ship in winter and for sail training and charter in summer.
In 2012 she was re-engined, registered in Germany and renamed Lina. A new owner moved her to Glückstadt on the Elbe in 2016 and renamed her Anny. Since 2019 she has operated out of Charlestown Harbour, Cornwall, as Anny of Charlestown, available for film work, events, day sailing, charter and festivals. She was overhauled again in 2023/24.
