Built in 1947 at the Ewers yard in Niendorf on the Baltic as a fishing cutter.
From 1961 she was run by the Gesellschaft für Europäische Jugenderziehung of Weißenhaus. She was converted first to a gaff ketch and later to a bermudan ketch, and used for sail training.
After a change of owner in 1971 she was put to work as a charter boat sailing with passengers.
