Built in 1949 at the Lütjens & Reimers yard in Hamburg as a cargo and fishing vessel.
The Waldorf School in Eckernförde used her as a sail training vessel in a social and educational project and for youth work.
Around 2015/16 she was scheduled for scrapping at Eckernförde. In 2016 the artist Thomas Jaspert of Bokel acquired her and had her laid up on land at Bokel near Nortorf, intending her to serve as an educational object for future generations or as an art project.
